Santa Fe, NM – During the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on House Bill 65 tonight, Attorney General Balderas issued the following statement:
“I am urging the Senate Judiciary Committee to pass a tough law, HB 65, that protects children from sexual exploitation in New Mexico,” said Attorney General Balderas. “There can be no more child exploitation loopholes in our state.”
