Española, NM – The Office of the Attorney General has announced the indictment of Laura Seeds by a Rio Arriba County grand jury on the counts of: Committing Intimidation in a Municipal Election; Coercion of Voters; and Disturbing a Polling Place in a Municipal Election following an investigation conducted by Special Agents with the Office of the Attorney General.
The Office takes voters’ right to a fair and open election process very seriously and will now prepare this case for trial.
