Donald Miller’s dad last saw him alive at their Rio Rancho home. Donald told his father that he was going to leave with his friend and he’d be back shortly. Miller never came home. His body was found on the west mesa and detectives say Miller was shot to death. Investigators found dozens of bullet casings at the scene and signs of what appeared to be a struggle. Their investigation indicates multiple people are involved and the weapon used in Miller’s death is still being used today.
