On March 23rd, 1995, the Santa Fe Police Department conducted a welfare check at the San Franciscan Liquors/Rocking Tee Pee located at 4300 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe New Mexico. While conducting the welfare check the Body of Annie Tapia was discovered. The Office of the Medical Investigator ruled the death as a Homicide. The cause of death was blunt trauma to the head.
