About the Initiative
Our office has developed a Portal for Missing and Murdered Indigenous People to address the challenge affecting Indigenous communities throughout New Mexico. The portal enables the public to provide information about their missing loved ones and serves as a centralized, comprehensive database for MMIP cases. Our mission is to empower impacted families, raise awareness, and advocate for resources in this space. Through data-sharing, enhanced transparency, and support, we stand with Indigenous communities for justice and healing, honoring the missing and murdered, and striving for a violence-free future.
